300zx Z32 Polar Engineering Composite Headlight Lenses

After extensive trial and error with different manufacturing techniques, I succeeded in developing high-quality, direct-replacement lenses using polycarbonate injection molding.

Eliminate fluting and alignment tool mounting points for a cleaner look.
Use optically superior materials with enhanced clarity.
Apply UV-resistant coating through proper post-processing to meet industry standards.
