As the first product, it is a carbon intake system that feeds back the advanced heritage concept to the BNR32 genuine layout and thoroughly pursues the efficiency of each part.

Main parts adopt CFRP

Features

By adopting CFRP for the main parts such as piping and air cleaner box, it is about 65% lighter than the genuine specification. In addition, high heat resistance prepreg with a heat resistance of 350°C or higher is used for the chamber pipe and the suction pipe near the turbine, which are hot after supercharging, to improve heat resistance.


The body of the cleaner box is also specially designed with CFRP, contributing to weight reduction. The air filter surface area has also been expanded by approximately 6% to improve intake efficiency. In addition, the air flow sensor is not a stock diversion but a dedicated product to expand the pipe diameter.
In order to achieve high efficiency, the entire layout has been reviewed, and a dedicated washer tank is included in the kit.

Pressure loss has been reduced by 46% compared to when the conventional special piping kit is installed, due to the expansion of the suction capacity and the expansion of the external air intake cross-sectional area (approximately 2.4 times compared to the stock) by adopting the dual intake duct . (When equivalent to 600ps)

By adopting a closed layout, intake of high temperature air in the engine room is suppressed. The rise in intake air temperature during WLTC mode driving has been reduced by up to 60% compared to when the bare type Super Power Flow is installed.

By installing a surge suppression rectifier (anti-surge plate) in the suction pipe , we have expanded the margin for intake interference, which was an issue with the RB26 twin-turbo layout.
