No engine needs as much air flow as a racing engine. They operate at high rpm and need components that create as much air/fuel flow as possible into the combustion chamber. But no matter how well the intake side breathes the engine will be strangled if there isn't an effective means of getting rid of the spent exhaust gases. An efficient exhaust header not only creates a pathway for the exhaust, it also optimizes the engine power band and peak power point.

Weapon-R's Race headers are ideal for high rpm racing engines. They're designed with long primary tubes for high rpm power and stepped size tubing for higher torque gains. They work best with high lift cams that create power at high rpm. And they're not intended for use with the catalytic converter.

Each Race Header is specifically designed for the application and made from 304 Stainless Steel for durability. The tubes are CNC mandrel-bent to specification. The flanges are CNC machined and welded inside and out to prevent leaks and cracking. Then the whole assembly is polished to a high gloss.
