Text: JWT make superb products, and have fantastic customer service too, this is why I went with them.
I bought these to replace the stock 04 cams. My car is for fun/track and these provided 30hp increase (mapped at H-Dev). Do your research first as you will require additional improvements to your intake and especially the headers (which I still need to do). I lost some low down power but this was expected, but the increase starts at 3800rpm to 7k+.
The improvements for my requirements are exactly what I was looking for.
You 100% will also need to check your valve clearances several times and likely will need different sized lifters to stay within factory range.
