The Hawk Performance Quiet Slot Brake Rotors feature a uniquely engineered slotted design that maintains a 98% surface contact for increased initial bite, improved wet weather braking and overall brake performance. This slotted design also effectively removes gas and wear debris to increase pad and rotor life.
Quiet Slot rotors are cast from premium alloys and feature optimal rotor vane and wall thickness for improved structural strength, noise damping and heat capacity. The rotors surface is swirl ground for improved brake pad bed-in and are finished with a GEOMET® coating that protects both the internal and external surfaces from rust and corrosion.
