Coolant Fan Switch Sensor Radiator 280ZX
New radiator fan switch for Datsun 280ZX 1981-83 and 300ZX 1984. This sensor is a confusing part. The factory manual does not show the exact installation location and it appears to be for controlling the manifold/injector cooling fan.
This sensor is very similar to the one that is located in the thermostat housing on the 280ZX but the threads on the new sensor are slightly larger so that it will not fully thread into the housing. At this point we can not clearly define where this sensor installs or what exactly it controls. OE PT# interchange:
